Before your appointment

• Each new Private client will have a 15-30 minute complimentary “Consultation Call.” This is a time for you to share your health information with us, confidentially: including any injuries, pre-existing conditions, allergies and concerns you may have around movement. The income call is mandatory for new clients to help us best prepare to facilitate your movement.

• The environment of the studio is cleaned between each client using an all-purpose cleaner that is 100% natural, organic and biodegradable. It kills 99.99% of bacteria, eliminates odors, cleans and removes dirt and grease, and is safe for use around those with chemical sensitivities.

During your appointment

• As you wait to start your session, help your self to calming cup of tea or a fresh glass of lemon water located in our foyer.

• The studio room is outfitted with an air purifier and HP13 True HEPA Filter that captures 99.97% of airborne contaminants 0.3 microns in size, ridding your environment of dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and more.

• The HABITAT instructor is fully certified in CPR and basic emergency health training with access to a First Aid Kit.
